Beirut Bridge Tours is a dedicated travel agency based in Zahle, Lebanon, committed to crafting seamless multi-city journeys and providing expert visa assistance for travellers exploring the world from Lebanon.
By using this website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you and Global Travel Hub and are essential for a transparent and secure booking process.

Package Tour Bookings
Baggage Allowance Disclaimer
- Baggage allowance varies depending on the selected travel package. Economy packages include one under-seat personal item only. Premium packages include one carry-on cabin bag up to 10kg. Luxury packages include checked baggage up to 20kg. Additional baggage may be purchased subject to airline terms and availability.
Services Inclusions & Exclusions
- Included: Round-trip flights, accommodation, and inter-city transfers (train, flight, and cruise tickets) and baggage, where applicable to the package.
- Excluded: Personal expenses, optional visa assistance fees, government fees, city taxes, travel insurance, and meals not explicitly mentioned in the package.
Prices & Currency
- All prices are quoted in USD.
- Prices are subject to change due to supply fluctuations until a booking is fully confirmed.
- In the event of a clear pricing error, Beirut Bridge Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer a full refund.
Payments
- Full payment is required to confirm and process all bookings.
- All payments are non-refundable.
- We accept payments through OMT, Whish Money, Western Union, or bank transfer.
- Bookings will only be finalized once payment has been received and confirmed.
Changes & Cancellations
- Date or itinerary change requests are subject to availability and specific airline or hotel policies.
- Any changes to your booking are subject to applicable fees.
- All change or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or our official WhatsApp channel.
- In the event of a full trip cancellation, we can issue a refund after deducting any cancellation fees applied by our suppliers.
Refunds
- Refunds are calculated after deducting non-refundable supplier charges and our agency service fees.
- Expected processing time for refunds is 14-30 business days.
- Please note that some services, such as visa assistance and certain travel packages, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Travel Documents, Late Arrivals & Insurance
- It is the traveller's sole responsibility to maintain a valid passport, required visas, and comprehensive travel insurance.
- Beirut Bridge Tours is not liable for costs or losses resulting from denied boarding, missed flights, or missed inter-city transfers, or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen emergencies.
Visa Assistance Services
No Visa Guarantee: Beirut Bridge Tours is not an embassy, consulate, or government authority. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant national authorities – there is no visa guarantee under any circumstances.
Our assistance includes expert guidance on documentation and form procedures to ensure your application is as complete and professional as possible.

Service Fees & Refunds
Visa assistance fees are strictly non-refundable, even if a visa is refused. Government and center fees are independent and subject to their own regulations.

- Submitting all documents on schedule
- Attending biometric and interview calls
- Strict adherence to embassy rules
Refusals & Reapplications
In case of refusal, we help interpret letters and discuss options. Subsequent applications are treated as new services and incur full separate fees.

Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide the most current information, please note that details such as airline schedules, hotel facilities, and visa regulations are provided by third-party suppliers and may change without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Beirut Bridge Tours acts only as an agent for suppliers. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including airline cancellations, embassy decisions or issued travel warning or ban from/to your departure country and/or your destination. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Personal Data & Communications
We use customer data solely for the purpose of providing travel services, managing bookings, and sending necessary updates. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle your information with the highest degree of confidentiality and care.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We seek to resolve any disputes amicably through direct communication. Should direct resolution fail, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Beirut.
